Jung and Yoga is an indepth study of the parallels between yoga practices and Jungian analysis and the implications of both the spiriyual and psychological growth. It is an eminently practical approach to the subject that, on one hand focuses on the understanding of Jung's ideas as they may be experienced through bodywork, and on the other, ofers a new psychological perspective to practitioners of bodywork.
