Klaus P. Horn, born in 1953, is a psychologist as well as a management
trainer and consultant. For over twenty years he has served as consultant
and management coach for many well-known businesses in Germany and abroad.
He is a specialist in the areas of leadership training, systemic coaching,
conflict management, team development, and systemic training for trainers.

Regine Brick, born in 1948, is a psychotherapist and communications trainer
as well as a systemic consultant and trainer. She is in private practice and
specialises in systemic coaching on professional and personal issues. She
also leads an advanced training programme in organisational constellation
work and systemic coaching.
