This new book represents the application of current group relations thinking to contemporary groups, organizations, communities, and society. Some chapters start from conference life as a point of departure followed by elaborating on implications for the workplace and society; others begin from consulting to groups and organizations and draw upon real world experience to develop new theories that complement and enrich group relations work; and still others build on already existing bodies of work and propose new training models, research directions, and practice innovations.
