Caroline Bainbridge is Reader in Visual Culture at the University of Roehampton and a Director of the Media and the Inner World research network, which is funded by the UK Arts and Humanities Research Council. She is Editor of the Journal Free Associations: Psychoanalysis and Culture, Media, Groups, Politics.

Michael Rustin is Professor of Sociology at the University of East London, a Visiting Professor at the Tavistock Clinic, and an Associate of the British Psychoanalytical Society. He has written widely on psychoanalytic approaches to culture and society, including on children’s fiction (Narratives of Love and Loss) and drama (Mirror to Nature) both with Margaret Rustin. He is also author of The Good Society and the Inner World, and is a co-author/editor of the current After NeoLiberalism: the Kilburn Manifesto.
Susannah Radstone is Reader in the School of Social Sciences, Media and Cultural Studies at the University of East London, UK. She is co-editor of Public Emotions and the companion volumes Contested Pasts: The Politics of Memory and Regimes of Memory. Her forthcoming books include On Memory and Confession: The Sexual Politics of Time, and Mapping Memory.
Candida Yates is Reader in Psychosocial Studies at the University of East London and is a Director of the Media and the Inner World research network funded by the UK Arts and Humanities Research Council. She is the Co-Editor of the Journal Free Associations: Psychoanalysis and Culture, Media, Groups, Politics and a consulting editor of the Journal Psychoanalysis, Culture and Society and she has published widely on the themes of masculinity, emotion, politics and popular culture.
