| Extra Info | : | A FREE webinar with Professor Jeremy Holmes, psychiatrist, psychotherapist, author and one of the leading voices in attachment-informed psychotherapy. Over a career spanning more than 35 years, Jeremy has brought together attachment theory, psychoanalysis, psychiatry and psychotherapy, exploring how our earliest relationships shape the way we relate to ourselves, to others and within the therapeutic relationship. In conversation with Jane Brown, Jeremy will reflect on his life’s work, including his writing on John Bowlby and attachment theory, the therapeutic relationship, and the ideas that have shaped and challenged his thinking along the way. The conversation will also explore themes from his latest book, The Spirit of Psychotherapy: A Hidden Dimension, including meaning, spirituality, imagination and how psychotherapy can help us live with uncertainty. This will be an opportunity to hear from Jeremy not simply about attachment theory, but about what a lifetime of clinical practice, research and writing has taught him about psychotherapy and what really matters in the therapy room. |
