| Extra Info | : | This conference is an opportunity to explore and learn about the essential, often hidden, dynamics of group behaviour and organisational life, in concentrated form; to discover its essence and apply new insights to the way we function in groups and complex systems. The Group Relations model offers a unique structure in which we can study our individual relationship to groups and organisations. We bring with us to our organisations our unique roles, identities, values, and beliefs, and these both shape and are shaped by the environments we are in. Through participation, we will also be able to glimpse the ways in which the group activates parts of us and affects the way we behave and relate to others. With this knowledge comes the responsibility to act, or not act, and to become an active participant and an element in the learning endeavour. The language, culture, and content of the conference will be co-created over five days by the members and staff in a carefully constructed framework of meetings and events. |
