If you send your order by fax, email or post please ensure that you include your full postal address, a contact name, and telephone number.

If you are ordering from overseas and use a UK based shipper please also include their full name, address, telephone number and any specific requests the shipper might have regarding documentation.

Standard Trade Terms

These terms apply to all new trade customers and non-account trade customers:

Orders 1 -5 Books 20%
Orders 6 + Books 30%

Postage

Inland
There is no postage charge for standard delivery or for overseas customers using a UK based shipper.

Overseas
There is a minimum postage charge of £4.30. Thereafter actual postage plus packing is charged (calculated by weight)

There is no postage charge for standard delivery for overseas customers using a UK based shipper.

Payment Methods

Pro-forma Invoices and Account Balances can be settled by:

Cheque: only if drawn on a UK bank.
Credit/Debit Card: Visa, Visa Delta, Mastercard, Eurocard, Maestro, Solo
Bank Draft: only if drawn on a UK Branch for the amount quoted.

All bank charges are to be met by the customer.

Returns Policy

Karnac Books operates an open returns policy that applies to all Publishers distributed. Please see below for details:

Conditions:
Returns will be accepted no earlier than three months after the invoice date and no later than twelve months after the invoice date. A valid invoice number must be quoted. The books must be in re-saleable condition.

Damaged or faulty books must be returned within a month from the invoice date, stating the reason for return and quoting the invoice number.

Out of print books may be returned up to three months after their going out of print. Any books returned that do not meet these conditions will not be credited.

Postage
The Bookseller pays all return postage except in the case of damaged, faulty or mis-sent books
