We are drowning in news reports, opinion pieces, podcasts and Instagram posts about how we can protect our planet. We are offered contradictory solutions. We are left confused and overwhelmed. Three Things to Help Heal the Planet gathers advice from 21 global experts, including scientists, activists and entrepreneurs. Rooted in our relationship with the everyday, it features essays from Melissa Hemsley, Jonathan Safran Foer, Yvonne Aki-Sawyerr, Dr Gail Bradbrook, Rosamund Kissi Deborah, Christopher Raeburn, Tristram Stuart and Eshita Kabra-Davies, who challenge us to make simple lifestyle changes by offering tangible solutions.

Three Things is for anyone who wants to turn their concern for the future of our planet into action; for anyone in a position to choose what they eat and wear, how they travel and live, where they bank and shop and who they vote for. This book is for anyone who wants to use their everyday power to make a difference.
