Introduction to Multicultural Counseling for Helping Professionals: Second Edition

When the first edition of "An Introduction to Multicultural Counseling" was published in 1999, there were few general textbooks in this area and those in print were limited in scope. In its new edition, this book will continue to be viewed as a comprehensive, accessible, and teachable text for the introduction to multicultural counseling and therapy. The new edition will include two entirely new chapters on counseling Arab Americans and counseling with bi-racial and multi-racial Americans, including case examples and discussion of socio-economic class issues within each of the culture-specific chapters.
