About the Author(s)

Olive Woo, PsyD, is a licensed clinical psychologist with over a decade of clinical experiences in public settings. She is recognized as a fellow in Thanatology with the Association of Death Education and Counselling in the U.S.A. Olive has been serving as an Honorary Clinical Supervisor at both the University of Hong Kong and the Chinese University of Hong Kong, where she contributes her expertise to the development of future psychologists. In her clinical practice, she works across both psychiatric and medical settings, employing cognitive behavioral therapy and digital interventions to provide cutting-edge therapeutic support. Olive is the author of the guidebook, Virtual Reality Interventions for Patients under Palliative Care: A Practical Guide for Healthcare Professionals. She is also the founder of the evidence-based psychological intervention Flourishing-Life-Of-Wish-Virtual Reality Therapy (FLOW-VRT®). She has authored peer-reviewed publications and has gained media coverage for her research.
