I could not put this book down. Very accessible and easy read, I loved the explanation proposed in Alan Karbelnig’s work. Sure to become a classic. As a psychiatrist, it opened up the process of how we talk and work with patients, without becoming reductionist. The integration with philosophy was especially helpful to understand the concepts.
