A seminal text for contemporary therapists, this book presents a postmodern theoretical framework in a language which is at the same time rigorous and informal. Hoffmans user-friendly style renders the potentially difficult ideas meaningful to the reader. It should be on the bookshelves not only of all family therapists but of everyone who works with people in a helping capacity.
