The government push to train thousands of CBT therapists has put CBT training on the map. This new primer will be core reading for the £170 million Government funded Improved Access to Psychological Therapies CBT training courses, and all contrasting modality training courses. Trainers will find it a dependable learning aid as a perfect essay resource or a springboard for further study. It is suitable for both beginners and higher level students who want a succinct boost to their knowledge of a particular area. Beginners will find the style companionable and reassuring, while more advanced readers will appreciate the incisive writing with pointers for further reading and resources.
